MNBirthCalendar.org is a community project sponsored by Aldea, a village‑centered maternal health organization based in Minnesota.

Aldea works alongside birthing people, families, doulas, Doras (trusted community supporters), clinics, and community partners to make sure no one has to go through pregnancy and postpartum alone. We focus especially on Medicaid‑covered families and the months after birth, when support often disappears even though needs and risks are still high.

This calendar is one small way we help connect the village that already exists—community baby showers, lactation support, support groups, classes, and other resources—so families and birthworkers can find what’s happening near them and show up for one another.
